David Hemsworth and Mark Farrel, engineer, were present to explain the
project.
The height of the house will be less than 35'. The foundation will be
covered to 60% of area by backfilling. The deck will be built within the
present house/deck footprint.
Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg,
Fred Beaulieu, and Ralph Martone.
