The minutes for 3-9-10 were read and accepted.
Sarto reviewed a memo from Wayne Feiden. Sarto will write a letter to all Boards, Fire Chief, and Police Chief and ask for their questions and concerns regarding the Senior Housing proposal.

Petitioner would like to tear down the existing house and rebuild a 2-bedroom house with a porch. Also in attendance helping to explain the project were engineer Mark Farrell and builder Don Garfield.
A site visitation was scheduled for March 29, at 6 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for April 13, at 7 PM.

Mr. Lovendale answered all the Board’s questions. The addition will be 12’ wide by 42’4” long. The enclosed section will be 12’ wide by 26’4” long.
The project was approved. Voting in favor of the project were Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, Fred Beaulieu, and Ralph Martone.
