7:00 PM The minutes of September 8, 2009 were read and accepted.
Sarto discussed the memo he sent to Jack Keough regarding the house plans for Robert Rodrigues. The memo clarified the bump-out over the front porch. There are no issues with the front setback so the bump-out is allowed.
There were no petitioners scheduled.
8:00 PM The meeting was adjourned.
