7:00 PM Sarto mentioned that there will be a presentation to the Board on July 28, at 6:30 PM by the PVPC regarding the proposed Senior Housing for Holland.
Todd Mayo announced that he will have to leave the Board due to an increased work load. The Board accepted his resignation with regret.
7:40 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

The Board discussed the building plans. The porch setback from the lake will be changed along with house overhang distances. Mr. Carabetta will bring a set of plans with design changes to the next meeting.
A continuance was scheduled for July 28, at 7:30 PM.

Bill Cantell, builder, answered the questions from the Board. House plans which will include setback distances will be forthcoming. The maximum height of the house will be 30’. The side setbacks have been increased but the overhang has been reduced. The closed-in porch and deck will be 10’ x 30’.
Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Fred Beaulieu and Ron Seaburg.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 PM.
