Mr. Snieder would like to remove the present deck and construct a 28’ 3’ x 10’ deck with a screened-in-porch. Stairs from the deck will be facing S-W. Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, and Fred Beaulieu.

Mr. Rodrigues would like to demolish and rebuild his house. The North side of the house
will be no closer than 20’ from the property line including the roof overhang. The width of the house including roof overhang will not exceed 28’ 10”. The cap of the “bump-out” will not exceed 2’ 6” as measured from the foundation on the right side of the house as referenced from the street. The “bump-out” will not extend beyond the roof line. The maximum height of the house will not exceed 33’ as measured from the mean line of the side slope. Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, and Fred Beaulieu.
