7:00 PM Sarto showed the easy to read, and less expensive Zoning Notice that had been placed in the Southbridge News recently. The Board is pleased with the decision to change papers.
Sarto distributed the new phone extension list for Town Hall. Updated fax forms have been placed in the ZBA information kit.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request

David Virella, contractor for D.J. Carpentry also attended.
The Snieders want to enlarge the deck attached to the house from 6’ to 10’. The deck will be screened-in area and have a roof. Stairs to the ground from the deck will be added.
A site visitation was scheduled for May 14, at 6 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for May 19, at 7:30 PM.

Mr. Rodrigues wants to demolish and rebuild his house. The new house will have
two stories with a maximum height of 24’. The roof will overhang 1’. The new house will
preserve the present house footprint.
A site visitation was scheduled for May 14, at 6:30 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for May 19, at 8:00 PM.
