Todd Mayo presided over the meeting. Sarto reported that he contacted the Southbridge Evening News about rates for posting Zoning Board notices. The rate for a posting will be approximately $36.75 which represents a considerable saving over the Springfield Republican. Sarto noted that the weekly paper published by the Southbridge News, the Sturbridge Villager, would have the greatest exposure among Holland residents. Sarto made a motion that the ZBA publish public notice legal ads in the Sturbridge Villager. The motion was unanimously approved.
The minutes for March 10, 2009 were read and accepted.
There will be no ZBA meeting on April 14, 2009 because of the Town Caucus.

Ed Paquette represented the Murawski's. The results of the instrument survey the Board requested were explained. The addition including overhang and front porch will be no closer than 25' from the front setback. Voting in favor of the project as presented were Ron Seaburg, Todd Mayo,
Don Beal and Fred Beaulieu.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
