Sarto mentioned that an All Boards meeting was scheduled for October 15. He was planning to attend. The Select board is considering having all boards meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month as an energy saving measure. The Board of Health will hold agenda driven meetings after September 20, 2008. People will sign-up by 7:30 PM on the night the Board of Health meets.
Workshops concerning zoning issues will be held at Holy Cross College on March 21. Sign-up early for workshops. The minutes for September 2, 2008 were read and accepted.

7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance
Margaret Mapplebeck
25 Lake Drive R30-A12-2
Ms Mapplebeck and Mark Farrell, engineer, outlined plans for her project. The Board requested: 1) Proof that lots numbered 25 and 26 have been combined, 2) New building plans.
A continuance was scheduled for October 21, at 7:30 PM.

7:50 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

The Board unanimously approved her request to build a garage. Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, Todd Mayo and Ray Korny.

James and Patricia Iancale

Ms. Kathy Polverari, 7 Sunset Lane was present as an observer. The Iancales want to build up onto their present home and extend lakeside an additional 12 feet. The Board explained that this would extend 8 feet beyond the rear setback requirement. The plot plan used was number 08319. The project will be left open until the Board gets new plans.

Mr. Buccelli wants to add a second floor to his home. He will keep within the present house footprint. A site visitation was scheduled for October 11 at 9 AM
A continuance was scheduled for October 21 at 8 PM.
