7:00 PM The minutes for June 3, 2008 were read and accepted. Sarto explained his desire to obtain a legal opinion and help in writing a letter to Peter Frei. The Select board voted approval for his request.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request
Wilbert Fetzer

Mr. Fetzer was accompanied by his builder, Don Garfield. Mr. Fetzer wants to build a second floor addition onto his home. He explained that the addition will be constructed within the present home footprint. Specific height measurements will be provided at the July 1 meeting.
A site visitation was scheduled for June 19, at 5 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for July 1, at 7:30 PM.
