7:00 PM Sarto mentioned various aspects of the Open Meeting Law affecting all Town Boards that were discussed at a meeting he attended on April 24, 2008. Sarto also mentioned that Jack Keough recommends that we sign the Joyal plans and all other Petitioner’s plans in the future.

Mr. Pucci stated that the house foundation and overhangs will not exceed the dimensions shown on Pages C-1 and C-2 of the house plans dated 4-15-08. Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ray Korny and Ron Seaburg.

8:00 PM Roger and Elizabeth Davis

The Davis’ plan to run a home based computer consulting and jewelry business. They will operate by scheduled appointment only. They will meet all Planning Board regulations.
        Voting in favor of the request to operate the business as stated in a non-conforming lot were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ray Korny and Ron Seaburg.

                The Rood’s were represented by Steve Bresette of Jalbert Engineering.
                The Rood’s want to tear down the existing house and build a new house.

Mr. Bresette discussed all aspects of the project. The new house will have a smaller footprint and decrease the side setbacks from their present values.
                A site visitation was scheduled for May 9, at 9 AM.
                A continuance was scheduled for May 20, at 7:30 PM.

Sarto read a letter he received from Sullivan and Wallace realty, which pertained to a previous ZBA decision regarding Lot 2, Barney Road, Map19, Lot A-2, Petitioned by Linda Groberski, Owner Brian Mushenko.
                Sarto will share the letter with Jack Keough.
