Meeting Minutes

7:10 PM Sarto Caron called the meeting to order.
Sarto mentioned that an Open Meeting Law Workshop would be held on April 24, 2008 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the Sturbridge Senior Center. Board members were encouraged to attend.
The Board spent considerable time discussing the Pucci petition. A number of questions were explored concerning both the house and garage setbacks. The Board feels that an instrument survey is needed to accurately settle all setback issues. The Board hopes to obtain an opinion regarding the garage from Jack Keough and Town Council Vin McCaughey before the next scheduled meeting.
Building Inspector, Jack Keough met with the Board to discuss the Walker decision. It was suggested that a memo that clarifies the Board’s decision should be added to the Walker decision.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
