Mr. Joyal and Ms Possardt returned to the Board with questions regarding overhang requirements and with final details for their proposed construction. The two bedroom, two-story house will be 29’ wide including overhang. The length of the house will be 42’. The front entrance landing including stairs will extend out from the house no more than 9’. The maximum height of the house will be 25’. The house will incorporate a “flow through” foundation design with specifications to be determined by the Town Building Inspector. Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg and Ray Korny.
It is noted that Don Beal will miss both January meetings and the first meeting in February.
Sarto will miss the second meeting in January and the first meeting in February.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM
