The Bachand’s and Fred Kozyra their builder were present to answer all questions. The height of the12’ x 20’ addition requested was agreed not to exceed sixteen feet which is the present height of the peak of the house.
Voting in favor of the request were Sarto Caron, Ron Seaburg, and Ray Korny.

The Frohn’s asked the Board to approve a change in construction material for the lower deck design from wood to stone pavers. The dimensions of their original request would not be changed. The Frohn’s will also be submitting the appropriate paperwork to the HCC for this change.
Voting in favor of the request were Sarto Caron, Ray Korny, and Ron Seaburg.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM.
