The minutes of February 6, 2007 were read and accepted. There was a general discussion of Board
issues. Ray Korny handed out a copy of the amended section of Chapter 39 of the General Laws enacted by the Senate and House on May 12, 2006.~ The Section 23D amendment of Chapter 39 was recently approved at a Holland Town Meeting.

Mr. Chapin and Joel Jette presented the proposal. The petitioner wants to construct a 10' x 20' addition on top of an existing deck on the right side of the house. The addition will not be a bedroom. The Board has concerns regarding this construction, as it may be located in a flood plain area. Mr. Jette will contact Jack Keough and attempt to resolve this matter.
There were no abutters present.
A site review was scheduled for Wednesday, February 21 at 9:00 AM.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:21 PM.
