The meeting commenced at 7:00 PM. The minutes of November 21, 2006 were read and accepted.
7:05 PM William and Lorraine Cromack - Unscheduled Visit
The Cromacks plan to purchase the lot and house adjacent to their property. They plan to demolish the house and add an attached garage onto their home. They requested a meeting to discuss this building project.
A meeting with the ZBA was scheduled for December 17, 2006 at 7:30 PM.
Sarto read the Annual Report document he will be submit to the Town. He suggested that our minutes should also be sent to the Holland Conservation Commission in the future.
7:45 PM Special Permit Request

Andre Cormier (builder) represented the Brieres. Mr. Cormier presented new site plans that provide setbacks
of 20' or more on both sides of the house as requested by the Board. Voting in favor of the project were Sarto Caron, Ray Korny, and Ron Seaburg.
7:55 PM Special Permit Request
Thomas Kolek

Mr. Kolek wants to add a gable on the rear of the house. This change will not increase living space but will result in a vaulted ceiling. Sarto conferred with Jack Keough and his opinion is that the Board may approve this request since this change will not compromise the original request. There will not be any hardships imposed on any neighbors by this change. Voting in favor of the change were Sarto Caron, Ray Korny, and Ron Seaburg. Don Beal also voted in favor of the project.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 PM.
