Meeting Minutes

The meeting commenced at 7:10 PM. The minutes of October 17, 2006 were read and accepted with changes noted.
Sarto reported that the 2006 Budget Report is due by December 1, 2006, and the Annual Report is due by January 5, 2007. Reports are to be sent to the Executive Secretary.
Andre Cormier, builder for John and Jennifer Briere did not appear for his 7:30 PM scheduled appointment. Sarto will notify Mr. Cormier that the Board has re-scheduled his appointment for 7:30 PM December 5, 2006.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM.
