Call To Order
The Chairman called to order a meeting of the Holland Finance Board at 11:05 AM on January 2, 2014 in the Holland Town Hall.
Roll Call
Finance Board Members present: Andrew Harhay, Ernest Fancy and Mike Brady.
Approval of Minutes
None
New Business
Snow & Ice Accounts: The purpose of the meeting was to address the Highway Department’s request for deficit spending in the S&I wages and expenses line accounts
The Board voted 3-0 to approve the initiation of the deficit spending.
Next Meeting
The next meeting is planned for January 8, 2014.
Adjournment
The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 11:10 AM.
