Minutes of Commission meeting held on February 26, 2013
Present: James Wettlaufer, Chairperson, Marcia Beal, Marianne Martone
Absent: Patricia Caron, Neil Byrne
Chairperson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. The minutes of the February 12, 2013 meeting were read and
approved.
The mail was reviewed.
7:15 – A Certificate of Compliance for Leslie Germaine, 56 Mashapaug Road, DEP No. WE 184-0270 was noted but still continued until we can inspect the property.
7:30 – We reviewed the NOI for a septic system repair for Edward Dailey of 2 Sandy Beach Road. A hearing will be held on March 26 at 7:30. Marianne Martone notified Mark Farrel, who is doing the repair.
8:00 – Meeting adjourned.
