Minutes of Commission meeting held on January 8, 2013

Absent: Patricia Caron, Marcia Beal
Chairperson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
The minutes of December 11, 2012 were read.
Old business:
7:10 – Michael Thibeault of 92 Wales Road in Holland representing Faith Paul property at 21 Lakeridge Drive, map block and lot number R04-A19, Book 3448, Page 31. They submitted a plan to replace a 30 foot cement block wall. We need more information to properly review the plan but we have not received it. They were called and will submit more information at the next meeting.
7:15 – Green Hill Engineering submitted a request for a Certificate of Compliance for Leslie Germaine, 78 Hisgen Road for the property at 56 Mashapaug Road, Map 12A Lot 13, Book 18984, Page 382, DEP Number WE184-0270. This will have to wait until we can view the property without snow.
7:30 – There were no petitioners and the meeting adjourned.
