Holland Conservation Commission
Minutes of Commission meeting held on October 9, 2012.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order. The minutes of September 25, 2012 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
Present were: Nathan Gumlaw, Chairperson, Neal Byrne, Patricia Caron and Marianne Martone. Absent: Marcia Beal and James Wettlaufer.

We received from Deborah Colt of 13 Forest Court her recorded Certificate of Compliance for her project, DEP File #184-0271.
The Enforcement Letter sent by regular mail to Mr. Robert Benoit of 90 May Brook Rd. to date has been ignored. Motion was made by Nathan Gumlaw that the Enforcement letter should be delivered by the Town Constable. Seconded by Neal Byrne and approved by all.
Neal Byrne of 29 Lakeridge Dr. filed his Notice of Intent electronically and was given the file #184-0283 assigned to his project. His Public Hearing is scheduled for October 23, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.
7:35 p.m. Faith Paul who is considering to buy the property at 21 Lakeridge Dr. and Michael Thibeault, Landscape Contractor showed us pictures of 2 deteriorating walls and hazardous concrete steps. The wall, just above the riprap lakefront wall, concerns us. A site visit is scheduled for October 11, 2012 at 5:30 p.m.
Dave Buccelli of DB Tree spoke of the need to cut down 4 failing trees on this property. He will mark the trees.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
