7:30 p.m.  The scheduled Public Hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability for Christopher Wszolek of 95 Maybrook Rd. to repair a septic system was held.  Present were Neil Jackson of J&P Engineering Services and Christopher Wszolek.  No abutters came.  Neil Jackson reviewed the plot plan – a couple of additions were written on the plot plan.  Following discussion, Nathan Gumlaw made a motion for a Positive 3of a Determination of Applicability that would then require a Notice of Intent.  Seconded by Marianne Martone and all were in favor.   The Public Hearing will be continued with a Notice of Intent on December 13, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. and all were in favor.

7:50 p.m.  Ricky and Valerie Lundin of 21 Shore Dr. presented a letter from Northeast Insurance Agency requesting from Quincy Mutual that they review and respond to their recommendation to avoid any adverse action that may jeopardize their coverage. The recommendation is as follows: “One section of the roof is moss covered.  Moss needs to be removed and be sure not damage to roof underneath”.   The Lundins through DB Trees’ Procedure Sheet and site visit, had on June 14, 2011 been approved to cut 1 large pine tree near the driveway and a large oak touching the car port and cut the vine on a nearby oak but not the tree.  They wished to cut additional trees to open area to sunlight.  Another site visit is scheduled for 11-25-11.

8:05 p.m.  Neil Byrne of 27-29 Lakeridge Dr. questioned us on the removal of 2 trees that are 135 feet from the lake.  Having no Conservation issues, we approved.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
