Minutes of Commission meeting held on July 28, 2009.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Marcia Beal, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife and Nathan Gumlaw and James Wettlaufer.
Chairperson called the meeting to order.
The Minutes of July 14, 2009 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
7:20 p.m. Members signed the Order of Conditions for Trenton Carlson of 174 Mashapaug Rd., Map 10A-6.02, DEP File #184-0232 to construct a driveway/parking area for a single family home.
Kristen LaPlante, Notary Public notarized member signatures.
We received a Request For Certificate of Compliance from Catherine Frohn for DEP project #184-0223 for their project at 17 Leisure Drive, Map R-34-B-10. Members signed the Certificate of Compliance.
7:35 p.m. David Buccelli requested the removal of 2 large pine trees and 4 maples for Charlotte Lundgren of 24 Brandon St., Map R-1-C-2. All were in favor of the project. Mary vandenBerg signed Procedure Sheet #2009-F with the condition that no roots be removed.
7:45 p.m. Edmund Manicki of 189 Mashapaug Rd. wants to replace lakeside retaining wall with a concrete wall which will require the use of a backhoe. He was given a Notice of Intent form and told a Public Hearing would be required.
8:10 p.m. Rocco Carabetta of 19 Craig Rd., Map R-21-C-04, DEP File #184-0233 gave us a copy of his Recorded Order of Conditions from the Hampden County Registry of Deeds. Mary vandenBerg signed Procedure Sheet #2008-1238. Mr. Carabetta will provide us with the updated plot plans approved by the Zoning Board of Appeal.
8:30 p.m. Lawrence and June Burleigh of 16 Craig Rd., Map R-21-A-09 want to demolish and rebuild on the same footprint with a pre-fabricated home, no cellar. No Conservation issues. Mary vandenBerg signed Procedure Sheet #2009-1340.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
