Minutes of Commission meeting held on December 23, 2008.

Present: Mary Vandenberg, Chairperson, Patricia Caron and Howard Fife. Guest Candidates: Marcia Beal and Nathan Gumlaw. Absent: James Wettlaufer.
7:05 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
The Minutes of December 9, 2008 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
Joe Sutter of 378 Mashapaug Rd. who had applied for the Storm Water Assistance Fund from the Pioneer Valley Commission called requesting a meeting with the HCC. He was informed that December 23, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. would be available. He did not show up.
Various procedures were discussed with the new candidates.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
