Minutes of Commission meeting held on November 18, 2008.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Patricia Caron and James Wettlaufer. Absent: Howard Fife.
6:05 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
James Wettlaufer recused himself since he and Howard Fife, amongst others, are being personally sued by Mr. James LaMountain. No discussion of the November 1, 2008 site visit to the LaMountain property was done due to a potential conflict of interest. They are awaiting a ruling from the ethics committee.
Lacking a quorum, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
