Minutes of Commission meeting held on January 8, 2008.

Present: Steven Anderstrom, Acting Chairperson, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig and James Wettlaufer. Absent: Mary vandenBerg.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. The minutes of December 11, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
Mail:
We received a letter from Michael J. LaMountain/Northeast Concept dated December 19, 2007 stating that they had received WPA Form 2 with a Negative Determination. Box No. 2 had been checked on the form which they did not feel applied that it should have been box No. 4 and had filed a Request for a Superseding Negative Determination of Applicability with the DEP. Following discussion, motion was made that a revised copy selecting Box No. 4 be sent. All were in favor.
Steven Anderstrom presented the Annual Report for review. Motion was made and all were in favor to approve the Annual Report as presented.
Steven Anderstrom reported having received a phone call from Lisa Boudreau with her concerns that Gary Boniface of Craig Rd. had a load of sand on his property and questioned its use.
No citizens came.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
