Minutes of Commission meeting held on March 11, 2008.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife and Rolf Hilbig. Absent: James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. The minutes of March 4, 2008 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
7:30 The scheduled continued Public Hearing for a “Request for Determination of Applicability” for Steve Bouchard of Lot 1, Mashapaug Rd. to build a SFH was presented by Mark Farrell of Green Hill Engineering. No abutters were present. Following discussion, all were in favor of a Negative Determination upon receiving a revised plan that indicates the utility and access easement, 2 culverts and riprap at the outlet of the culvert. Also an Addendum is to be included on the “Determination of Applicability form” to read “prior to any work to be done within 100 feet of the lake including tree removal, soil disturbance and dock installation will require a Conservation Commission meeting to determine whether such work will require a Notice of Intent”. All were in
favor of closing the Hearing at 8:15 p.m.
Mark Farrell gave us a copy of William and Marsha Garrett’s Recorded Order of Conditions from the Hampden County Registry of Deeds for their project at 406 Mashapaug Rd, DEP File #184-0224. Mary vandenBerg signed Procedure Sheet No. 2008-1257.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
