HOLLAND CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Minutes of Commission meeting held on January 22, 2008.
Present: Steven Anderstrom – Acting Chairman, James Wettlauffer, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig.
Absent: Patricia Caron, Mary vandenBerg.
7:00 PM Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 PM Minutes of Commission meeting held on January 8, 2008 were read and accepted by all.
7:25 PM Mark Farrell of Green Hill Engineering appeared with Robert Ardizzoni to correct Lot number for NOI and Order of Conditions. Assessors map R-24-A, parcel 71E will be corrected on submitted paperwork and Order of Conditions being written by Commission for DEP File Number 184-0221.
7:45 PM Mark Farrell of Green Hill Engineering submitted a Notice of Intent for William and Marcia Garrett of 406 Mashapaug Road. The NOI is for removal of trees within 100 feet of the lake. Public hearing is set for February 12, 2008 at 7:30 PM. Site survey to be done by Commission members on 1/26/08.
8:15 PM Mark Farrell of Green Hill Engineering submitted a Request for Determination of Applicability for Steve Bouchard for Lot 1 on Mashapaug Road (next to PJ’s). Request is for the construction of a single family house and to determine whether the area is subject to jurisdiction of the Wetlands Protection Act. Public hearing is set for February 12, 2008 at 8:00 PM.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM.
