Holland Conservation Commission
Minutes of Commission meeting held on November 27, 2007.
Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife and Rolf Hilbig. Absent: James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. The minutes of November 13, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
No meeting November 20, 2007 – no quorum.
Old Business:
Agent Howard Fife and James Wettlaufer did not do a site visit at Andrew Harhay’s project at 430 Mashapaug Rd. DEP File #184-0205 on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. due to inclement weather. They will do so sometime this week.
Mary vandenBerg signed Procedure Sheet #2006-1196 for Catherine Frohn of 17 Leisure Dr. upon receiving the receipt of the recorded Order of Conditions for project DEP File #184-0223.
We received from Lee Lyman of Lycott Environmental Inc. a 2007 Summary Report of the Hamilton Reservoir.
7:40 p.m. Michael LaMountain and Chad Brigham of Northeast Concepts presented a Request for Determination of Applicability to clear and grade access easement for utility (electric) installation off Chaffee Rd. Following discussion, a Public Hearing is scheduled for December 11, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. Legal Ad to appear in The Republican on December 3, 2007. A site visit is scheduled for December 1, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. – A Wetland Delineation map by Keith L. Morris will be submitted prior to the site visit.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
