Minutes of Commission meeting held on October 2, 2007.

Present: Patricia Caron, Howard Fife and Rolf Hilbig. Absent: Mary vandenBerg, Steven Anderstrom and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Due to a lack of a quorum the minutes of September 25, 2007 were not read.
7:05 p.m. John King of 4 Ames Trail, map R-16-C-3 questioned whether he could cut down a large damaged Oak 60 feet from the lake, leaving the stump. All were in favor and Howard Fife signed Procedure Sheet #2007-G. He also spoke of building a wall lakeside, possibly using Versalok. We highly recommended the use of rip rap as being cheaper and more effective. He seemed agreeable to that suggestion.
We received from the DEP, File #184-0220 assigned to Roger Perry’s project to repair a septic system at 59 Island Road.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
