HOLLAND CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Minutes of Commission meeting held on July 24, 2007.
Present: Mary vandenBerg – Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, James Wettlauffer, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig.
Absent: Patricia Caron
7:00 PM Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 PM Minutes of Commission meeting held on July 17, 2007 were read and accepted by all, waiting signature of Pat Caron.
7:25 PM Alisa Deminico of addressStreet162 Maybrook Rd appeared before the committee as requested. Dirt spread near stream poses concerns if heavy rains should occur. Silt fence must be installed to prevent soil deposits in the stream.
7:30 PM Public hearing for James Curran of addressStreet9 Vinton Lane. Mark Farrell appeared with Mr. Curran for a septic holding tank and pump chamber install and a new drilled well.
Standard order of conditions to be sent to Mark Farrell, Green Hill Engineering for filing.
Received copy of Notice of Intent (NOI).
7:45 PM Signed pink sheet for Normand Corriveau of 7 Cresent Way to build a new house.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM.
