Minutes of Commission meeting held on May 15, 2007.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Patricia Caron, Rolf Hilbig, Kathleen McGrory and James Wettlaufer. Absent: Steven Anderstrom and Howard Fife.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on May 8, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed.

Received from George L. Hammond, Attorney, a copy of the recorded Order of Conditions by the Hampden County Registry of Deeds for the following:
placeLot 2, addressStreet84 Sturbridge Rd., DEP File #184-182;
placeLot 3, addressStreet86 Sturbridge Rd., DEP File #184-181;
placeLot 4, addressStreet88 Sturbridge Rd., DEP File #184-177;
placeLot 5, addressStreet90 Sturbridge Rd., DEP File #184-178.
7:25 p.m. Bernard Chauvin of B & M Excavating again requested that his Procedure Sheet be signed. A site visit having been done by Mary vandenBerg and Rolf Hilbig on May 14, 2007, spoke of their concerns. Following discussion, the Procedure Sheet #2004-1181 for the new home construction at addressStreet9 Joanie Dr., Map R-12-B-42, B-44, B-45, DEP File #184-187 was signed by Mary vandenBerg per Order of Conditions. Mr. Chauvin will put in new silt fences and hay bails and prep the lot for the foundation and then notify the HCC.
8:00 p.m. Mary vandenBerg and Rolf Hilbig on May 14, 2007 also did a site visit to placeLot 2, addressStreetMashapaug Rd. owned by Mr. Viollette. Questions were raised prompting another site visit to be done by Agent Howard Fife.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
