Minutes of Commission meeting held on May 8, 2007.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Rolf Hilbig and Kathleen McGrory. Absent: Howard Fife and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on May 1, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
Members signed 4 Amended Order of Conditions originally issued to Elias Hannah and properties purchased by Peter Tsicoulias of Sturbridge Newbury LLC. Project locations:

Member signatures were notarized by Kristen LaPlante. Copies made and originals given to Peter Tsicoulias.
Member signatures of Clarence Soper’s Certificate of Compliance for his project on addressStreetSturbridge Rd., DEP File #184-197 were notarized by Kristin LaPlante.
7:45 p.m. Bernard Chauvin of B & M Excavating requested that his Procedure Sheet be signed. Project location is addressStreetaddressStreet9 Joanie Dr., Map R-12-B-42, B-44, B-45, DEP File #184-187. The Order of Conditions was issued on January 18, 2005 and was recorded with the Registry of Deeds. However, on April 27, 2005, a letter was sent regarding the alarming conditions on addressStreet9 Joanie Dr. At the time, Mr. Chauvin explained that the contractors cut down the wrong trees. Mary vandenBerg suggested that a site visit be done on Monday, May 14, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. before signing the Procedure Sheet.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
