Minutes of Commission meeting held on April 10, 2007.

Present: Steven Anderstrom, Acting Chairperson, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig, Kathleen McGrory and James Wettlaufer Absent: Mary vandenBerg.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on April 3, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed
7:10 p.m. Mark Farrell of Greenhill Engineering called to request an extension of the continued Public Hearing of Robert Terwilliger of addressStreet49/51 Sandy Beach Rd., since the well location has yet to be resolved. The Public Hearing is now re-scheduled for April 24, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
Members signed the Order of Conditions for Normand Bachand of addressStreet3 Vinton Lane, DEP File #184-0216. Kristin LaPlante, Town Clerk, notarized the signatures.
7:40 p.m. Procedure Sheet #2006-E issued to Roy St. Andre of 17 Candlewood Dr., Map R-29-F-11 wants to remove 2 pine trees and trim surrounding trees in order to view the lake. Motion was made to approve the project. All were in favor. Steven Anderstrom, Acting Chairperson, signed the Procedure Sheet.
7:50 p.m. Mark Gadoury brought in his receipt of his recorded Order of Conditions by the Hamden County Registry of Deeds for his project at 46 Stony Hill Rd., DEP File #184-0214. Procedure Sheet #2006-1110 was signed by Steven Anderstrom, Acting Chairperson
Members signed Vendor Voucher paying the Republican for the Legal Ads of R. Terwilliger; M. Gadoury and N. Bachand.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
