Minutes of Commission meeting held on April 3, 2007.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife and Rolf Hilbig. Absent: Kathleen McGrory and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on March 27, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed
We received from the DEP, Western Regional Office, a copy of a Unilateral Administrative Order and Notice of Intent to Assess a Civil Administrative Penalty issued to Northeast Concepts, Inc. of addressStreet16 Lakeridge Dr. as a result of on-going impacts to site riverfront areas at lot, Map 11-A, Plot 03 on Mashapaug Rd.
We received from the Town Clerk, Kristin LaPlante, a packet of letters from Huguenot Farms/Northeast Concepts, Inc.
Motion was made by Howard Fife to amend the minutes of February 13, 2007 to reflect that “a vote was made and all were in favor of hand delivering an Enforcement Order to Michael LaMountain of addressStreetMashapaug Rd.” All were in favor of amending the Minutes of February 13, 2007.
7:35 p.m. The Public Hearing of Normand Bachand of 3 Vinton Lane, Map R-9-A-22, DEP File #184-0216 to make an addition to a single family house was presented by Mark Farrell of Greenhill Engineering. No abutters came. Following discussion, motion was made to accept the project. All were in favor of accepting the project and closing the hearing at 8:00 p.m. Mark Farrell gave us a check paying for Mr. Bachand’s Legal Ad.
Mark Farrell gave us a Request for Certificate of Compliance for Clarence Soper of addressStreetEast Brimfield Rd., Map 1-G-12, DEP File #184-165. Agent Howard Fife had done a site review of that property on April 2, 2007 per phone request from Mark Farrell. Members signed the Certificate of Compliance for Clarence Soper and signatures were notarized by Kristin LaPlante.
Members signed the Order of Conditions for Richard Chapin, DEP File #184-0215 and signatures were notarized by Kristin LaPlante.
8:15 p.m. Procedure Sheet 2006-1169 issued to Richard and Devra Olewnik of addressStreet11 Shore Dr., Map R-01-A-03 to repair a lakeside stone wall. They presented a narrative describing their repair procedure which will be done by N&N Masonry of Charlton, MA. Motion to accept the procedure was made and all were in favor. Procedure Sheet was signed by Mary vandenBerg.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
