Minutes of Commission meeting held on March 27, 2007.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig and Kathleen McGrory. Absent: James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on March13 and March 20, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed
7:10 p.m. On March 22, 2007 James P. LaMountain of 14 Lakeridge Dr. wrote a letter to the Town Clerk, Secretaries of Selectmen, Conservation and all Boards. The letter was in regards to his reading the minutes. “The following is my report regarding my request for minutes and information regarding how they are recorded and/or kept”. Letter placed in Mr. LaMountain’s file.
7:30 p.m. The continued Public Hearing of Richard Chapin of 28 Hamilton Dr., Map R-41-B-71.01, DEP File #184-0215 to construct a 10’ x 20’ dining room on the existing deck was presented by Joel Jette, builder. Mary vandenBerg was the only abutter and recused herself. Steven Anderstrom became Acting Chairperson. Following discussion, motion was made to accept the project. All were in favor of accepting the project and closing the hearing at 7:40 p.m.
7:45 p.m. Members signed the Order of Conditions for Mark Gadoury of 46 Stony Hill Rd., DEP File #184-0214 to construct a single family house. Town Clerk Kristin LaPlante notarized the signatures.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
