HOLLAND CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Minutes of Commission meeting held on February 6, 2007
Present: Steven Anderstrom - Acting Chairperson, James Wettlauffer, Howard Fife, Rolf
Hilbig.
Absent: Mary vandenBerg, Patricia Caron and Kathleen McGrory .
The Conservation Commision did not meet on January 30 due to a lack of quorum. Received Notice of Intent from Green Hill Engineering for 49/51 Sandy Beach Road. 8:10 PM Acting Chairperson called the meeting to order.
8:12 PM Public Hearing for William Cromack, 32-34 Lakeshore Drive. (NOI)
Removing a house on the recently purchased property adjacent to the Cromacks property and an addition to their own dwelling. No abutters attended. Conservation Commission to draw up Order of Conditions.
8:25 PM Public hearing closed.
8:26 PM Public Hearing for Violerte, Mashapaug Road Lot 2. (NOI)
New house, garage, driveway and access road to lake. No abutters attended. Conservation Commission to perform site survey.
8:33 PM Hearing continued to February 13th at 8:30 PM.
8:35 Minutes of Commission meeting held on January 23, 2007 were read, accepted and will be distributed.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM.
