Minutes of Commission meeting held on March 20, 2007.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Patricia Caron and Kathleen McGrory. Absent: Steven Anderstrom, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on March13, 2007 were not read due to a lack of a quorum.
The HCC received from the DEP File #184-0216 for Normand Bachand’s project at 3 Vinton Ln., to add an addition to a single family house.
We also received from K. M. LaPlante, Town Clerk, dated March 15, 2007 a letter of complaint from James P. LaMountain of 14 Lakeridge Dr. Letter placed in Mr. LaMountain’s file.
8:00 p.m. Jean Curtis of Charleton Well presented Procedure Sheet #2006-1166 issued to Francis and Barbara Reilly of 25 Craig Rd., Map R-22-B-2 to drill a well at the existing property. The well being more then 100’ from the Hamilton Reservoir, thus having no Conservation issues, motion was made to accept the project with the condition that a “spoils pit be on site to contain drill cutting”. Procedure Sheet signed by Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
