Minutes of Commission meeting held on December 12, 2006.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig, Kathleen McGrory and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on December 5, 2006 were read, accepted and will be distributed.
The Holland Conservation Commission received from the Housing Court Department, Western Division of Springfield, MA a Subpoena to deliver any and all records and minutes pertaining to Huguenot Farms, Inc., James or Michael LaMountain, Northeast Concepts or Chad Brigham.
7:25 p.m. Rego Molina of Trifone Design Association presented a Notice of Intent for Harold Hewinson of Shore Drive to repair a septic system under Title 5. He was informed that a Request for Determination of Applicability would be acceptable and less costly providing that the Notice of Intent forms had not already been sent to the MA DEP for filing. He would check and get back to the HCC. The Public Hearing was scheduled for January 9, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
It was determined on January 16, 2007, that we would lack a quorum. A notice will be posted on the Community Calendar noting that no meeting of the HCC will be held.
No other citizens came.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
