Minutes of Commission meeting held on November 21, 2006.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Patricia Caron, Rolf Hilbig, Kathleen McGrory and James Wettlaufer. Absent: Steven Anderstrom and Howard Fife.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on November 14, 2006 were read, accepted and will be distributed.
7:10 p.m. Members signed:
1. The Order of Conditions for John Briere of 19 Sandy Beach Rd., DEP File #184-0210 for the re-building of the existing house;
2. A Determination of Applicability for Ian Hand to repair a septic system at 8 Heritage Dr., Map R32-C-1.
We received a letter from Bruce Neff of 8 Brandon Street regarding the removal of sand from the Brandon St. cove. Following discussion, suggestion was made to refer the matter to the Lake Oversite Committee and Ann Capra of the PVPC.
8:00 p.m. Tom Kayser of 4 Leisure Dr. spoke of his concerns regarding the construction adjacent to his property. Following discussion, a site visit will be planned.
The Howlett Dr. and Lois Lane site visit was discussed. James Wettlaufer is to call Brian Johnson, Highway Department Supervisor for further evaluation, suggestions and possible correction of storm water erosion.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
