Procedure Sheet #2006-1092 issued to Joan and Bernard Hudon of 31 Halfway Ln., Map R-36-6-04 wants an addition done to have access to the lower part of the house.  Motion to accept project was made and approved by all.  Procedure Sheet signed by Mary vandenBerg with the condition that there be no runoff down Halfway Ln.

Bob Parent of 32 Ardmore Rd. came for advice regarding the lakefront walls having been damaged during the October flood.  He was advised that he could repair the stonewall with the same material.  He also informed us of the removal of a foundation on his property because it was hazardous.

Mary vandenBerg reported as having observed considerable amounts of dirt piled on the Sandy Beach side of a house.   Soil is being washed onto Sandy Beach and down to a close-by brook.  Hay bales, as they are now placed, are not sufficient to contain the dirt piles.  Motion was made to send a letter requesting the repositioning of the hay bales and to attend a HCC meeting within the next 2 weeks.  Seconded and approved by all.

Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
