Semi-Annual Report
On December 30, 2015, Kerry C. and Robert Pellicane, Sr. of 28 Old Acres Rd., purchased in Section X(10), Plots 206-207-208-209-210 and 211.
On April 19, 2016 at 1:00 pm, we met to discuss an increase in prices and other cemetery matters.
On May 14, 2016, Alan Dugay was buried in Section VI (6), Part L, Line 4, Plot 30. He died on April 27, 2016.
On May 17, 2016 we received from 146 Supply Center Inc. of Millbury, Mass, a W-9 form “Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification”. With the help of Linda Blodgett, Treasurer, the form was completed and faxed to the company.
On May 26, 2016 a Memo was mailed to all of our local/participating Funeral Homes with our new Cemetery prices which became effective January 1, 2016.
