Received from Aycock Funeral Homes of 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 a $850.00 check for Plot 212 in Section X (10) for a non-resident fee of $300.00, perpetual care $50.00 and corner markers $155.00 and a summer grave opening of $350.00 since the burial won’t be until April. A Deed and marker request, price list and receipt were sent on 3-11-2009.
