LED proposal for electrical cost improvement.  Ms. Robbins updated the Board on what is happening.  The Company B2Q did the electric audit to all the lights in the town buildings over to LED.  A proposal with 3 options was sent via email, which in turn was sent to the Select Board for their review.  The only difference between the three options is aesthetic.  The cost alone, although temporary is prohibitive.  Currently Ms. Robbins is working with PVPC and James Barry of the State to complete the Green Community reports and to see if there may be any green community money available to defray the cost of conversion.  The initial meeting November 17th.  Without grant money the cost will have to be brought to town meeting if the Select Board would like to move forward on the project.
