Present: James Wettlaufer, Michael Kennedy, Lynn Arnold
Wettlaufer called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM
The Board of Selectmen accepted Kristin LaPlante’s resignation as Town Clerk.
MOTION 04242014-1 To appoint Sharon Ashleigh as the Town Clerk effective April 26, 2014 until he Annual Election of June 2015. Motion made by Wettlaufer, seconded by Arnold
VOTE: ALL in favor
Discussion included the All Boards Clerk position, which Sharon Ashleigh currently works as.
The question is can she hold both positions. Sharon Ashleigh will contact the Ethics Board to inquire if she is able to be both the Board Clerk and the Town Clerk, legally. She will report back to the Board once she has the answer.
MOTION 04242014 To adjourn the meeting at 7:15. Motion made by Kennedy, seconded by Arnold
