Motion 05142008-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by James Wettlaufer to accept the amended minutes of May 7, 2008 meeting as read, all in favor.
Ballot question reviewed for June 9, 2008 Town Election-Do you support the continuation of the study regarding the creation of a regional elementary school with the Town of Wales?
Motion 05142008-2: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to reappoint the following to the Holland Council on aging for a 2 year term expiring on 6/30/2010, all in favor:
Harold Hewinson
Susan Sanders
Reappoint the following for a 1 year term expiring on 6/30/09:
Margaret Crock, Senior Center Director
Deb Tierney, Outreach Worker
Don Sanders, Senior Center Kitchen Manager
Paul Gillis, Senior Center Maintenance Manager
Signed Authorization to Proceed for Fuss & O’Neill Phase I Dam Inspection, Hamilton Reservoir Dam
Motion 05142008-3: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to reduce Executive Secretary hours by one day (Thursdays) to begin on Monday, May 19,2008 on a trial basis, all in favor.
Motion 05142008-4: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen for Board of Selectmen to meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 7 p.m. for June, July and August, all in favor.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 05142008-5: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 p.m., all in favor.
