Motion 021308-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer, to accept the minutes of the February 6th meeting as read.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 021308-2: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 P.M., all in favor.
