Selectmen’s Minutes

Present: Jim Wettlaufer, Earl Johnson, Christian Petersen
Motion 121907-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer, all in favor, to accept the minutes of the December 12th meeting.
Holland’s grant application for an energy audit of all town buildings has been accepted.
A tax classification hearing was held December 18 to determine a single tax rate for the Town.
Paul Bracciotti of Pioneer Valley Planning Commission spoke on the Community Development Block Grant, the strategy document was signed.
Norcross Wildlife Foundation donation of $5,000 was announced and thanks were extended.
Motion 121907-2: Motion was made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson, all in favor, to allow the Town Clerk complete the ABCC Population Estimate and use the same estimate as last year.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 121907-3: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 P.M., all in favor.
