Opened: 7:00 P.M.
Present: James Wettlaufer and Earl Johnson
Motion 082207-1: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson, all in favor to sign a $130,400 SAAN loan renewal.
Motion 082207-2: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson, all in favor, to schedule a Special Town Meeting on September 24, 2007, 7 P.M., at the Holland Elementary School to vote on a balanced budget as well as any additional warrant articles. September 4, 2007, deadline for submission of additional articles.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 082207-3: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson, all in favor, to adjourn the meeting at 7:17 P.M.
