Motion 01172007-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to accept the minutes of the January 10, 2007 meeting as read, all in favor.
Revised change orders #10 and #11 for Senior Center were signed.
BAN loan was signed.
Motion 01172007-2: Motion made by Christian Petersen, seconded by Earl Johnson to approve the appointment of Todd Mayo as associate member to the Zoning Board of Appeals, term to expire January 30, 2010.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 01172007-3: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m.
