Meeting open at 6:30 p.m.

Appointments:
Minutes of the meeting held May 12, 2015 were presented. Motion made by Cynthia Poirier to accept and sign the minutes. Second by Diane Rhodes Gregoire. Voted 2-0.
Signatures:
The Board signed the Monthly List of MV Excise Abatements granted in May Levy of
2015 $961.66.
Statutory signatures executed May 26, 2015
The Board signed the Notice of Commitment and Warrant for 2014 commitment 08B MV Excise tax $114.17
The Board signed the Notice of Commitment and Warrant for 2015 commitment 03 MV Excise tax $21,872.98.
The Board signed the Notice of Commitment and Warrant for 2014 commitment 03A MV Excise tax $2,695.46.
Discussion/Review:
- The Board noted the supplemental RE Tax calculation error $970.28 119 Butterworth Extention Abatement. Cynthia Poirier made a motion to correct the clerical error. Second by Diane Rhodes Gregoire. Voted 2-0.
- The Board noted R11/B/7 RE Tax on shed, data entry error in size of shed, owner requests discount for next two years. This is out of our scope of authority to grant in accordance with DOR. Corrections have been made.
- The Board noted the plot plan for R14/A/1, plan is not recorded with Registry of Deeds, owner wants tax maps edited to reflect plan.
- The Board noted preparation for FY 16 Interim year adjustments and FY 17 Recertification of Values.
- The Board noted 3-B-46.1 was assessed as undevelopable, Con Com has granted an order of conditions and a single family house will be built there. Does this warrant a revised bill? Upon review the Board voted that a revised bill be issued. Once the bill is created the Board will sign the warrant and reportings to DOR, outside of a regular meeting. Motion made by Cynthia Poirier. Second by Diane Rhodes Gregoire. Voted 2-0.

Having no further business a motion was made by Cynthia Poirier to adjourn. Second by Diane Rhodes Gregoire. Voted 2-0.
